Our custom sugar cookies do not contain nuts, but we do not recommend that
people with food allergies consume our cookies. Our cookie kitchen prepares
other cookies that do contain nuts.
Order Confirmations
At the time of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with
the details of your order via E-mail. You must reply to the confirmation to let
us know that it is accurate or if any changes need to be made. Once we receive
your final approval of our order confirmation, your order will be placed on our
calendar for completion.
All of our cookies are custom and made upon order only. Cancellations must be
received 5 days prior to your delivery date. Full payment is required on orders
cancelled after this time.
All of our cookies are
custom made by hand. With this in mind, please note that there may be slight
differences between each cookie. There may also be variations in the cookies
shown on the website or images sent to you by E-mail if you choose one of our
samples. We will not issue refunds or credits for these variations.
Freshness Guarantee
All of our cookie dough
and cookies are made fresh to order. We do not freeze our cookie dough or
cookies. Our custom sugar cookies will remain fresh for three weeks when
individually wrapped. If you choose to freeze your cookies or keep them longer
than three weeks, please do so at your own risk.
We do not recommend that you refrigerate our custom sugar cookies! Condensation
will ruin the icing of hand-decorated cookies and icing images.
